Discovery

The client needed a bold but simple site that clearly showcased their services and could scale over time. I ran a quick competitive analysis and led a 1-hour session to define the content structure and tone.

Wireframes & Design

I began with low-fidelity wireframes in Figma to map out key interactions and CTAs. After feedback rounds, I layered in the visual identity — drawing from desert tones and pixel-style branding.

Tech Stack Decisions

To maximize speed and maintainability, I built the site with Next.js and Tailwind CSS. I integrated Headless WordPress for easy client edits and deployed on Vercel for fast global performance.

UX & Development Highlights

I created a custom animated navigation using Framer Motion, added lazy-loading image components, and ensured strong Lighthouse scores across all pages. All elements were optimized for mobile-first responsiveness.
